Information Gathering
We obtain information about you, our Customers; form your application, transactions, and other interactions with us, as well as credit reporting agencies and other third parties. We will obtain and use this information only in accordance with applicable law or in the response to your request for a contract with us. The information we gather helps us identify who you are, manage our relationships with you, and develop products and services that meets your needs.
Important Information About Our Procedures for Opening a New Account
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identified each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allows us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.

Information Sharing
We are dedicated to serving our Customers’ needs for privacy as well as for creating products that they might find valuable. We do Not share our Customer’s non-public personal information with nonaffiliated companies except as otherwise permitted or required by law. We will not reveal our Customer information to any external organization unless we have previously informed our Customer in this or disclosures of agreements, have been authorized by our Customer, or are otherwise required by law.
You can Depend on Us
We will monitor our practices to ensure that our Customer’s privacy is respected. We will also conduct our business in a manner that meets the privacy regulations of any state of jurisdiction in which we do business. We will conduct business in a manner that fulfills our privacy practices in many states and jurisdictions in which we do business.
     The IBN Financial Service, Inc. LLC Privacy Statement is given to each new client of the firm. Once a year, usually in August, a copy is mailed to all clients who purchase securities form the fund/ insurance companies. All accounts which are held at National Financial Services, LLC are directly, by a note on their quarterly statement, to view our Privacy Statement, which is available on the homepage of our web site, at http://www.ibrokernet.com
     As stated in our Privacy Statement, we do not “sell” lists of names, or provide any client information unless necessitated by law.
